You play as the platform! A REVERSE of the norm - in the normal game play of side scroll 2d platformer games, you move the character and use platforms to get to the end of the game. In Reverse of the Norm, you play as the platform and try to get the snail to the end safely.

Submitted for the platformer jam #1 - theme: reverse.

I made the snail and its animations myself. It took me HOURS. I have never made frame by frame animation before. I am in love with it now, lol. I made the coin and its animations. I made the music. I wrote all the scripts. I did use an old pickup sound effect. Also, sadly, I ran out of time and had to grab a free asset pack for the platforms-mossy cavern available right here on itch.
